The Public Safety Management Project (PSMP) is a joint effort between the
University of New Hampshire and Keene State College that will help police and
fire personnel know whether the site of an emergency contains dangerous
hazardous materials.
PSMP is currently in its second round of funding from the Department of Justice through the effort and continued support of Senator Judd Gregg.
